Originally a hobby, it quickly flourished into a premium restoration business due to sheer demand for the quality and craftsmanship consistently found in our products. Today, Midwest K5 continues to sell more and more top-of-the-line Chevy K5 Blazer restoration products to the other enthusiasts out there.

From Passion to Business

Founder Gabe's first official restoration was a 1941 Chevrolet Master Deluxe two-door sedan. It was purchased when new by his family and used as his hometown police car in the 1940s. He then moved on to a classic muscle car, followed by a truck and eventually a 1971 K5 Blazer CST. That single K5 Blazer snowballed into 40 more Blazers, and he was decisively hooked. He never imagined this passion would grow into the business it is today.
